Why isn't my calendar event showing up in ReachWell?

Overview

If you have synced your Google or Outlook calendar to ReachWell, and there are events that seem to be missing, here are some potential reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take.

Troubleshooting Steps

There are typically two reasons why an event will not show in ReachWell from a calendar that has been synced:

  1. The calendar that is synced to ReachWell is not being shared publicly. Visit THIS article for Google Calendar instructions, and THIS article for Outlook instructions.
  2. Or, the event was added to your personal calendar rather than the calendar synced to ReachWell.
