Types of Admins

Overview

This article details the types of ReachWell admins and their associated permissions. To begin, please view this brief video and then follow the guide below.


District-Level Admins (Org Admins)

  • Can send messages to any school or group that is under their district.
  • Can edit app content, including Banners, Resources, Forms, and Contacts.
  • Can create, edit, and delete groups.
  • Can create school-level and group-level admin accounts, and can edit and delete school-level and group-level admins.
  • Can view Reports.

School-Level Admins (Org Admins)

  • Can send messages to the entire school or specific groups that are part of that school.
  • Can edit app content, including banners, resources, forms, and contacts.
  • Can create, edit, and delete groups.
  • Can create group-level admin accounts, and can edit and delete group-level admins
  • Can view Reports.
  • (Private Groups Only) Can send/receive chats to contacts from their school. To turn this feature off for specific admin, navigate to their profile from the ReachWell Dashboard > Admins page. Click the admin name and scroll to the bottom of the page to toggle on or off the Chat Visible option.

Group-Level Admins (Group Admins)

  • Can send messages to their groups from the ReachWell Dashboard.
  • Can modify their group description, banner, calendar, and view the contacts and students in their groups.
  • Can modify their group's contact profile settings and notification methods.
  • Can view Reports.
  • Can send announcements to their groups.
  • Can send/receive one-to-one chats from contacts  in their groups.
