Setting up & Updating 'Contact Us' Details

Overview

Admins can update the 'Contact Us' page of the ReachWell app which provides contacts (i.e. families) with appropriate contact information for your organization in the event that they need to get in touch with you.

Instructions

1. Navigate to your ReachWell Dashboard.
   
2. Select Organizations > Schools/Orgs.
   
3. Locate the appropriate school or location.
4. Click the Update option under the Contact Us column.
   
5. Expand your Contact Us section.
   
6. You can add a banner, and enter your address, phone number (NO dashes, spaces or periods), email address, hours of operation, and a website link.
   
7. Select Save.
