Overview

The food service resource provides a method to easily distribute school lunch menus and food service-related information to your contacts (i.e. families). Foodservice resources encourage family engagement via the ReachWell app while also saving time for your staff. Our app provides a place for your contacts to access all food service-related items in one location. For example, you can:

• Share menus
  
• Provide links to payment services (e.g. PayPal) for easy payment
  
• Provide free-reduced lunch applications
  
• Share lunch room hours, location, and more!

Instructions

1. Update the URLs (i.e. hyperlinks) with the links you would like to share with your contacts (i.e. families). Be sure to enter the complete URLs.
2. Use the + sign to add any additional URLs. There's no limit to how many you can add!
   

1. Upload a PDF document if desired using the Upload PDF option. ReachWell currently only supports PDF document types, but more options will be coming soon!
   
2. Choose the appropriate PDF file from your desktop and then select Save.  
   

1. Add any additional content into the Add Hours text box (e.g. lunch hours, location, etc.). You can copy and paste content to or from this box, or type your own content.
   
2. Enhance your content using the formatting options.  You can even add hyperlinks to your text content! 
   
3. Once done, select Save.
