Some contacts may report having trouble finding their code. Here are tips on how to help them get their code:
- To download a CSV file with every contact's information, including phone number on file and verification code, follow THESE instructions.
- Check that the contact clicked the Text me a code option in the popup.
- If a contact reports that an error message appeared after entering their number, that means the phone number on file does not match the one they entered.
- For schools syncing contacts with Clever: Go into your Student Information System (SIS) to check that the phone number on file matches their phone number.
- If you update their phone number in your SIS, it will take 48 hours to update in the ReachWell system.
- If the phone number in your SIS matches the number they reported, reach out to support@reachwellapp.com.
- For schools syncing contacts with a CSV: Go to the contact's profile in ReachWell to update their phone number.
- On the main navigation bar of ReachWell's dashboard, select People > Contacts.
- Search for the contact's name or email address and select Search.
- Click the pencil icon next to their name.
- In the contact's profile, update the phone number.
- Select Save.
