Notify Contacts - ReachWell Introduction - First Class Plan

Overview

ReachWell recommends deciding on a launch day when you'll release the app to contacts. Prior to the launch day, notify contacts in an email and text of the change to your communication system. This will increase app adoption, and will avoid confusion, when you launch ReachWell.

Texting Instructions

  1. Login into Dashboard > Send a Message.
  2. Copy and paste the suggested content below into your message and modify as needed. 
  3. Deselect App Notification and Email Notification, and select Text Message.
  4. Select your School or Organization name under Recipients.
  5. Type announcement.
  6. Select Send

Suggested Text

Here is an example of a text message that is less than 160 characters to meet the ReachWell system's character limits.

Message Title:
New App Coming Soon

Message Body:
We’ll be using ReachWell for all communication. Look for an email and text with instructions on [LAUNCH DATE].

Email Instructions

This will be our go-to spot for all communication with all staff members this year.

On ReachWell, you’ll be able to:
  1. Receive translated announcements and be able to chat with staff in your language.
  2. Access resources like calendars, forms, and other tools.
All important information will be posted on the app, so please keep an eye out for an email and text on [LAUNCH DATE] with download instructions.

We are excited to communicate with you through ReachWell!
