Overview
This article provides instructions for
Org Admins to easily view and modify admin accounts, or export a list of their organization's admins to a CSV file from the ReachWell
Dashboard.
Editing Admins
To edit an existing admin in ReachWell, navigate to your Dashboard > Admins page. From there:
- Click the pencil icon under the Action column corresponding to the admin you'd like to edit.
- Make any needed updates to the admin's profile information, or groups.
- Select Save Changes.
Deactivating Admins
To deactivate an existing admin in ReachWell, navigate to your Dashboard > Admins page. From there:
- Click the pencil icon under the Action column corresponding to the admin you'd like deactivated.
- Select Action.
- Check the Deactivate Admin box.
- Select Submit.
Exporting Admins to a CSV file
To export a list of existing admins in ReachWell, navigate to your Dashboard > Admins page. From there, select the Export Data option.
This will download a CSV file to your desktop with all current admins for your organization in ReachWell.
Updating Group Admin Chat Preferences (Private Groups Only)
The Chat visible option determines if contacts (i.e. families) will be able to view this Group Admin in ReachWell chats. If this option is toggled off, the Group Admin can still initiate a chat with a contact, but the Group Admin's name will not be available for families to initiate a chat with them. To update the chat preferences for an existing admin in ReachWell, navigate to your Dashboard > Admins page. From there:
- Click the pencil icon under the Action column corresponding to the admin you'd like to edit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to toggle on or off the Chat Visible option.
- Select Save Changes.
