Syncing your Google or Outlook Calendar to the group
Google Calendars: When creating an assignment in Google Classroom, a calendar event is automatically created for the assignment in the associated Google Calendar. This calendar can then be linked to a ReachWell Group. For detailed instructions, please visit THIS article.
Outlook Calendars: Outlook calendars can be linked to your ReachWell Groups in order to easily share events with your group's contacts (i.e. families). For detailed instructions, please visit THIS article.
Any connected Google or Outlook calendars will only be available to contacts (i.e. families) who are members of your group. Group calendar updates will show under their ReachWell app Calendar tab, and events will also display in their ReachWell news feed.
Where do group details display for contacts?
In the ReachWell app, your group's description will display in your group's About page for contacts and families. Your group's banner will show at the top of your group page, and will also be the thumbnail image next to any announcements you send to the group in ReachWell.
