Logging in and Setting Up Your Account

Instructions

To begin, please view this instructional video: 




To log in to the ReachWell Dashboard for the first time, please use the email invitation sent to you by ReachWell titled "Welcome to ReachWell!". The email will contain a link to sign in and create a new password. You'll then be prompted to sign in with your email address and your newly created password.     

Reset Password Instructions

If you are unable to log in using the password you created, you can use the Trouble Logging in? feature from the ReachWell login screen to reset your password. Once you've entered the email address associated with your account in ReachWell, you will receive an emailed link to reset your password.
  


If an error message pops up, click Sign Up! To have a ReachWell rep create an account for you.
