First Class Plan: How does ReachWell sync with my systems?

Overview

There are several plan packages available for ReachWell clients. For First Class clients, contacts (i.e. families and guardians) can be synced to ReachWell from your student information system (SIS) via a third party called Clever, or by uploading a CSV file.  This article provides a high-level overview of both options.

Clever Sync

There is an easy way to connect your student information system (SIS) to ReachWell enabling your school's contacts to be automatically pulled into ReachWell on a nightly basis. This allows you to utilize private groups, 1:1 chats, plus call, text & email messaging features with ease. To connect your organization's SIS to ReachWell, we use a third-party called Clever which is free to schools and districts. Most student information systems are supported by Clever. Click HERE to see the complete list of supported SIS's. For more information, please click HERE.

Please note: Even if your organization does not use one of Clever's supported student information systems, you still have the ability to manually upload your SIS data to Clever via CSV files. This data can then be synced to ReachWell. For more information, click HERE!
