Overview

Flyer Connect offers three plan options to organizations; First Class, Economy, and Free Forever. This article details the options provided to our Free Forever clients.

Available Features

Push Notification messages: 
  1. Translation: Contacts and families who download the Flyer Connect app have the ability to update their language preferences in order that push notifications from your organization are translated into their preferred language. For details about push notifications, visit THIS article.
  2. Messaging features: Free Forever organizations have all of the same messaging capabilities as other clients, minus the email, text and call features. For details about creating and managing messages, visit THIS article.
Flyer Connect App Customizations:
  1. Banners: Banners allow admins to customize and personalize their organization's Flyer Connect homepage! Banners display at the top of the app for your contacts (i.e. families).  Click HERE for details.
  2. Curated Academic Tools & Social Assistance Resources: Resources in Flyer Connect encompass a wealth of family resources which might include information about health and wellness, social assistance, Flyer Connect app help, and more. Click HERE for details.
  3. Public Group: Organizations are each provided with one public group that all families who download the Flyer Connect app, and join their organization, will automatically be added to.  
  4. Calendars: Admins can sync your organization-wide Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to Flyer Connect in order to share events with contacts and families. Click HERE for details on syncing a Google Calendar to your public group, and HERE for syncing an Outlook Calendar.
  5. Unlimited Users: There is no limit to how many users can download the Flyer Connect app and join your organization.
Single Admin Access
  1. Admin Access to the Dashboard: One admin is provided access to manage the Flyer Connect Dashboard for the organization. This includes creating push notification messages, updating banners and calendars, and managing resources.
Unlimited Email and Online Support
  1. Flyer Connect Support: Free Forever clients have unlimited email and online chat support from our support team, in addition to a variety of training and articles available through our Help Center!
