Reminder Text Announcements - Contact Sync Launch

Texting Instructions

1. Log in to the Dashboard
   
2. Deselect App and Email Notifications, and select SMS - Urgent only.
3. Select your School or Organization name under Schools/Orgs.
4. Copy and paste the suggested content below into your message and modify as needed. 
5. Schedule the message for a future date and time.
6. Select Send.
   

*Please be aware that ReachWell has a sending throughput for text messages of 1 text/min.

Suggested First Text

Here is an example of a text message that is less than 160 characters to meet the ReachWell system's character limits.

Message Title:

Download ReachWell for all communication and to chat with staff

Message Body:

Go to rwell.us/app and enter the code sent to you yesterday.

Additional Reminder Texts

Schedule additional reminder text messages one month apart, starting one month after the first text. ReachWell recommends sending at least two additional reminders.

First Text Reminder Title:

Reminder to Download ReachWell for all our communication

Message Body:

Go to rwell.us/app +Add [School/Org Name] and enter the code to chat with staff.

Second Text Reminder Title:

Reminder- Download ReachWell to access our calendar

Message Body:

Go to rwell.us/app +Add [School/Org Name] and enter the code to chat with staff.
