Download Instructions

  1. Click to open the Download Instructions.
  2. Print multiple copies, and always keep a stack on the front office desk, or any other community areas.
  3. Send copies home with individuals, such as handout at community meetings and events.
  4. Pin the instructions on bulletin boards.
  5. Share a stack with the local recreation center, grocery store, library and other places that contacts (i.e. families) visit regularly.
  6. Print them out to hand out at your ReachWell booth at events! Click HERE for details.
