This article will guide you through an incentive to increase adoption to the ReachWell app.

Drawing Instructions

Inform families of the drawing
  1. Inform families of the drawing via email using the template below.
  2. Inform families of the drawing via text using the template below
  3. Add this banner that is connected to this form onto your ReachWell app page. For detailed instructions on adding a tappable banner, visit THIS article.
  4. Promote the drawing during an in-person or webinar event.
Idea
Pro Tip: You can manage your own sign up form as well using a form account your organization has access to, like Google Forms or Signup Genius. This will give you direct access to the results of the form from the moment you send the email and text until the final day of the drawing.
Select the drawing winner
  1. On the day of drawing, request ReachWell's rep shares the form results with you if you utilized the ReachWell form.
  2. If you used your own form, download the results in an excel file.
  3. Follow these instructions to use excel's RAND function, or Shuffle Data function, to randomly select the recipient of the drawing amount.
Contact the winner and community
  1. Call the drawing winner, and ask them to come to the main office to pick up the gift card to ensure they receive it.
  2. Email the community to let them know that a winner has been selected.

Family communication is essential to our students’ achievement. We’re improving how we communicate with the new ReachWell app to deliver essential organization information.

Follow these steps to set up your app:
  1. Get the app: rwell.us/app.
  2. Tap "Add +" to add our organzation
  3. Enter the organization's page, and tap the first banner that shows up to complete the form.
You’re now entered to WIN a [$100] [Wal-Mart] gift card!!!  We'll be drawing the winner on [DATE].
