Phone Call and Conversation Script - Economy Plan

Overview

This article reviews how to promote the ReachWell app any time you have a one-to-one conversation in-person or via phone call with a family contact.

Instructions

Use the script below to incentivize families to get on the app. This script is more detailed, giving families a step-by-step guide on downloading ReachWell app. Main office staff, leadership, and anyone with high involvement with ReachWell should feel comfortable with the script.

Ask: Are you on the ReachWell app?

If they respond with yes:
  1. That's great! We'll be sending regular communication to you. Make sure you have notifications turned on so that you know when we send out a new message and join your classroom groups to get messages from teachers.
If they respond with no:
  1. We'll be sending regular communication to you through the app this year. Do you have a moment for me to help you download the app?
    1. Navigate to your mobile device app store.
    2. Search for "ReachWell"  to download the app.
    3. Once you’ve installed the app, accept push notifications. That way, you know when we send a new message.
    4. Select the Add + option and search for our school. Select our school, and click Add.
    5. Tap the English option on the bottom left of the app screen to select your preferred language. Once selected, all messages will be translated into your selected language!
    6. You're now all set!
