How do I download ReachWell internationally?

Overview

ReachWell is only available for download from app stores specific to the United States. This article details the process for downloading the ReachWell app internationally to your iOS device.  

Instructions: English

Step 1: Log out of your local App Store
  1. Launch the App Store from your mobile device Home screen.f
  2. Tap on your device image on the top right for account details.
  3. Select Sign Out.
  4. Close out the App Store app completely on the device.
 

Step 2: Change the region on your iOS device
  1. Launch Settings from your Home screen.
  2. Select General.
  3. Select Language & Region near the bottom.
  4. Select Region.
  5. Check the United States.

     

Step 3: Create a new account in the U.S. app store
  1. Navigate back to the App Store from your Home screen.
  2. Search for "ReachWelll" 
    1. Select Change Store if the app store appears to still be looking at your previous region and says the item isn't available in the current store.
  3. Select Get.
  4. Select Install.
  5. Select Create New Apple ID.
  6. Check United States if it isn't already checked.
  7. Fill out the required information.
  8. Select None for billing information. The ReachWell app is free from the App Store!
  9. Launch your device email app to verify your email address from the email you received.   
Step 4: Download ReachWell
  1. Navigate back to the App Store from your Home screen.
  2. Search for "ReachWell"
  3. Select Get.
  4. Select Install.
  5. Log in to your new U.S. iTunes account if you aren't already logged in.
  6. Repeat the Get and Install steps if needed.

Paso 1: cierre sesión en su App Store local
  1. Inicie la App Store desde la pantalla de inicio de su dispositivo móvil.
  2. Toque la imagen de su dispositivo en la parte superior derecha para ver los detalles de la cuenta.
  3. Seleccione Cerrar sesión.
  4. Cierre la aplicación App Store completamente en el dispositivo.
Paso 2: cambia la región en tu dispositivo iOS
