Creating a Group Newsletter Template

Overview

Groups can send email-style newsletters right from ReachWell as if they were coming from an email service provider.

Instructions to Create a Template

  1. In the ReachWell dashboard go to the Create Announcement
  2. Under Recipients, select the Group you will send a Newsletter to
  3. Use the formatting bar to create a newsletter header, section headers, placeholder images, and a footer.
  4. Save the template as a DRAFT.
Use the Draft function to share the template with others and reuse your template in the future. If you select Send, it will send the Template to all of your contacts on the app and in an email.
To add social media images to your footer, save these images on your computer and upload them in your template:
    

Accessing the Template to Send a Newsletter

To send a newsletter follow these steps:
  1. In the ReachWell dashboard go to Messages > All Announcements.
  2. Select the Drafts folder.
  3. Make a copy of the Draft by selecting the two paper icon under the Action column.
  4. Edit the newsletter for the week.
  5. Add attachments, as needed.
  6. Schedule for the future, as needed.
  7. Select the Send button.
