Connecting an Outlook Calendar to a Group

Overview

Outlook calendars can be linked to your ReachWell groups in order to easily share events with your group's associated contacts (i.e. families)!

Instructions



  1. Navigate to your Dashboard > Organizations > Groups page.
  2. Locate the appropriate group select Update under the Calendar column to open the group's profile page.
  3. Select Activate Outlook Calendar and then Change Outlook Account.
  4. From the pop-up window, sign in using your Outlook (Office 365) credentials.
  5. Once you are back at the Dashboard > Organizations > Groups page, use the drop down to select the appropriate group calendar for your families.
  6. Select Submit.
