Setting Up: Outlook Calendar

Overview

This article details how admins can sync your organization-wide Outlook calendar(s) to ReachWell  in order to share with contacts and families.

Instructions



  1. Make sure you have a family-facing calendar in Outlook by clicking New calendar from Outlook.
           
  1. You and other collaborators should add any family events to this calendar.
  2. Log in into your ReachWell Dashboard.
  3. Select App Setup > Schools/Orgs.
  4. Select Update under the Calendar column.  
          
  1. Scroll down to Calendars.
         

  1. Check the Outlook Calendar box (if it's already connected, select Change Outlook Account).
  2. A pop-up window will appear instructing you to sign in with your Outlook credentials.
  3. After signing in, you will be redirected to the ReachWell Dashboard.  Using the drop-down arrow select the calendar you would like to share.
        
  1. Select Save.
