Scheduling "ReachWell Friday" Updates
Overview
In order to keep your audience engaged, we recommend designating times every week and month to update ReachWell. Messages can be scheduled in ReachWell to automatically be sent to your contacts (i.e. families) at the scheduled time.
Instructions
First, we recommend you first schedule recurring reminders in your personal Outlook or Google calendar to remind you to send regular messages to your organization. You may regularly adjust these as necessary to keep up with your organization's needs.
"Five-Fifteen Fridays"
- Schedule 15 minutes every Friday to send five bullet messages, including:
- Three things your contacts need to know from the past week
- Two things they need to know about next week
Weekly Calendar Update
- Find out what events are upcoming in the next four weeks for your organization, and update the appropriate connected Google or Outlook calendars accordingly. For details on connecting calendars to ReachWell. please visit:
Google Tip! Invite the school's calendar ID to the recurring event you set up from your personal calendar so you can easily navigate to it.
Monthly Banner Update
- Be sure to remove any expired banners.
- Add any new banners:
- Access our banner library for inspiration
- Build your own banner using Canva (recommended dimensions of 1260 x 740)
- Access our banner library for inspiration
- Add new banner images (recommended landscape images)
