This short clip shows you how to send a robocall from the ReachWell Dashboard.

  1. From the dashboard, deselect App and Email Notifications and click Recorded Voice Call - Urgent Only
  2. Select your School or Organization name under Schools/Orgs.
  3. Add an MP3
    1. We recommend using this to record an MP3
  4. Click Send

We're thrilled to announce we have improved the way we communicate with you on a regular basis! All communications will be distributed to you by an app called ReachWell. Go to the app store to download ReachWell and add our school. You will also receive an email and text with instructions to download the ReachWell App from the Apple or Google Play store.

Through ReachWell, we will be able to communicate essential real-time information to you like closures and delays! If you are unable to download the ReachWell app, please contact our front office immediately.
