Notify Contacts - Email Announcement - Economy Plan

This article provides you with resources and tips for emailing a Reachwell announcement to your contacts (i.e. families)! You can also include the following text and image in a printed newsletter. For organizations utilizing our Economy plan, this email would typically be sent through your standard email system (e.g. student information system, email provider, etc.).

Email Content

Subject: Download [School Name]'s App to receive School-wide Communications!

We are excited to be using Reachwell as our communication platform! It is essential you download the Reachwell app and add [SCHOOL NAME] to get important updates and information.

With Reachwell you will:
  1. Receive messages from teachers and admins.
  2. View school & classroom calendars to know events and deadlines.
  3. Access resources like food/lunch menus, health & safety information, and much more. 
Follow these steps to set up your app:
  1. Search for  "Reachwell" in the Apple or Google play store, or visit http://rwell.us/app to download the app.
  2. Once you’ve installed the app, select the Add option to search for [SCHOOL NAME] and then select + Add.
  3. Tap the English option on the bottom left of the app screen to select your preferred language.
  4. Tap our school's name to view our school content.
That’s it! You are now connected to our school's app and will receive all school-wide communication.

La comunicación familiar es fundamental para el rendimiento escolar; para mejorar nuestra comunicación, hemos desarrollado una aplicación para hacer llegar información importante, permitirles respondernos y proveerles con recursos escolares en un lugar sencillo.  

Con Reachwell, usted podrá:
  1. Reciba mensajes de profesores y administradores.
  2. Vea los calendarios de la escuela y de sus aulas para conocer los eventos y las fechas límite.
  3. Acceda a recursos como menús de comida / almuerzo, información sobre salud y seguridad y mucho más.
Sigan estos pasos para configurar correctamente su aplicación: 
  1. Busquen “Reachwell” en la App Store o Google Play o vista http://rwell.us/app.
  2. Una vez que hayan instalado la aplicación Reachwell, presionen el botón de Add, busquen [SCHOOL NAME] y seleccionen + Add.
  3. Las familias pueden tocar el botón English en la parte inferior izquierda de la pantalla para seleccionar su idioma preferido.
  4. Toque nuestra escuela para ver el contenido de la escuela.
