Roll-out Messaging Campaign

Overview

Introduce your contacts (i.e. families) to the ReachWell app using our pre-made messaging templates! Click HERE to review a series of messages we designed for organizations in order to help teach their contacts and families how to navigate the ReachWell app! These messages can be scheduled to send in the future, so you can complete the setup of all six messages in under 10 minutes!

Roll-out Messaging Campaign Tips

  • Schedule the first message to go out on a date that you expect most of your contacts (i.e.) families to have the ReachWell app downloaded.
  • As the first message, we recommend sending the 'Update your Language Preference' message first in order that your contacts will receive all subsequent messages in their preferred language. The other messages can be sent in whatever order you prefer. 
  • Be sure to read the various "Notes for the administrator" in the Rollout Messages to Family Campaign document for additional tips on each specific message.
