Overview

ReachWell recommends updating your organization's voicemail systems to announce our app to your community! This will help to reduce front office phone traffic by providing your contacts (i.e. families) with a self-serve option to find the information they need.

Suggested Scripts

• Organization Voicemail: Thank you for calling [ORGANIZATION NAME]! We have implemented a system to make communication with families easier. Please download the ReachWell app to your mobile device and add [ORGANIZATION NAME]. From there, you will see all the latest communications from our organization, be able to report attendance updates, and more! If you prefer to speak with the front office, please...

• Attendance Line Voicemail: We have a fast and easy way to report absences and tardies! Please download the ReachWell app to your mobile device, search for [SCHOOL NAME] to select it, and then click the resources tab to find our attendance form. If you prefer to leave a voicemail, please provide your name, student’s name, date, and reason for the absence or tardiness. Thank you!
  

We recommend training front office staff and teachers to also mention the ReachWell app to students and contacts (i.e. families). When a contact calls the organization, your team can recommend they review the communications and messages in the app if the answer they seek was posted.
